Ogle County Juvenile Justice Council Unveils New Facebook Page

The Ogle County Juvenile Justice Council continues to set trends and embrace new ways of interacting with the community and the youth they serve. Assistant State’s Attorney Aaron Wiles unveiled the Ogle County Juvenile Justice Council Facebook page at the March 15th council meeting.  “Since social media has become such an integral part of our society, we as a Juvenile Justice Council thought it was crucial to enter this arena in order to reach a broader segment of our community” stated Mr. Wiles. The Facebook page was created in an effort to keep up with current trends in communication and reach as many members of the community as possible with information on Juvenile programming, laws, and trends in Ogle County. Ben Roe, Ogle County State’s Attorney commented "We hope that our Facebook page creates a forum for the public to instantly gain access to information about juvenile justice issues on a local, state, and national level."

The Juvenile Justice Council would like to encourage you to become more “connected” with the community by following them on Facebook.
