The 14-member FACJJ makes recommendations on the federal role in juvenile justice and represents the interests of State Advisory Groups.

Roe attended his first meeting of the FACJJ on October 11th in Washington, D.C.   Roe was appointed to a two-year term. The non-salaried appointment pays expenses only.
