Mission Statement:

To protect the community from crimes committed by minors through the promotions, establishment, education, and interagency coordination of community-based programs for families and minors designed to prevent unlawful and delinquent behavior, and to incorporate principles of the Balanced and Restorative Justice model which holds each minor directly accountable for his or her behavior.
