Committees The Council shall seek to accomplish its purpose and goal through committees. Those committees shall be presided over by a chairperson from the Council membership to be appointed by the Executive Committee or elected by the Committee with approval of the Executive Board. The committees shall consist of not be less than three (3) and not more than eleven (11) members of the Council and other persons who have a desire to accomplish set purposes and goals. The Executive Board shall monitor and provide direction to the existing committees as deemed necessary.
